Broken Heart - Grief Support

BEYOND THE BROKEN HEART-GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP

This is an eight-week support and ministry program for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. To survive and live forward, those who grieve must find answers.  The program uses topical references from the Bible, video and group discussion to illuminate the unfamiliar emotions and questions of grief over the course of eight sessions.

Our next session is scheduled for February/March 2020 timeframe.

For additional information, please contact Denny Nikkel at 408-234-8549 or Pastor Jeff Holder at 209-847-7777.

Young Adult Ministry

The second Sunday of each month is Youth Sunday.  The service is led by one of the young people from the congregation, rotating from month to month. Youth are encouraged to play an active role in both the worship and the full life of the church.

The church is currently in the process of reshaping its ministries for young people and young adults, with special attention to those between the ages of 15-35.  Under the guidance of the Fuller Youth Institute, the church encourages free inter-generational communication, support and encouragement.

Spiritual Growth

Emphasis is on the mutual spiritual growth that takes place when all generations can come together, in order to understand God in the context of our times, while pursuing opportunities to help those in our community and the greater world through the love of Christ.
